Hayneedle Prepares for Peak Season

lexie  IA mascot 9-13The Human Resources team at Hayneedle has been working hard over the past few weeks to prepare for the busy holiday season that is fast approaching. Currently Hayneedle has more than 550 fun-loving employees and is looking to expand by adding over 175 associates to the Customer Care Center team. Along with those additional employees, the Human Resources team is adding 55 associates at the fulfillment center in Ohio and 15 associates at the California fulfillment center.

To fill the exciting Customer Care positions, our Omaha recruiting and customer care teams have been hosting career fairs at our Chalco Valley location. For the next two months, 5 career fairs will be held, with the opportunity for on-the-spot interviews. Join our amazing teams on Oct. 3, 10, 12, 17, and 24 between 2 and 6 p.m.

Here’s a glimpse at the positions for which we’re hiring:

An Email Service Specialist responds to service requests from all service email queues and builds customer confidence in our company. Our Customer Advocate provides excellent customer service skills to research and resolve customer-based inquiries. While demonstrating drive and enthusiasm, our Internet Retail Associate accurately enters customer information on phone and email orders. A Senior Customer Advocate takes ownership of customer service resolutions through the entire cycle of a customer’s experience.
