This collection of niche stores, then called NetShops, quickly became one of the fastest-growing online retailers of home and lifestyle products. In August 2009, NetShops became Hayneedle Inc., a unified presence for its collection of over 250 stores under one flagship site and brand, hayneedle.com.
In the fall of 2010 Hayneedle launched The Foundary, a members-only home and lifestyle flash sale site offering daily selections from established and emerging designers and brands at unprecedented savings of up to 70% off retail.
